Actiph Water x HYROX Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
1.1. The promoter of this promotion is The Actiph Water Company Ltd ("Actiph", "we", "us" or "our").

2.1. The opening and closing dates for each giveaway will be stated in the relevant promotional post on our Instagram page.
2.2. Entries received after the stated closing date and time will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
3.1. Unless otherwise stated, giveaways are open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
3.2. Employees of Actiph, HYROX, its agencies, suppliers, partners and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
3.3. Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.
4. How to Enter
4.1. Entrants must follow the entry instructions stated in the relevant giveaway post.
4.2. Entries must be made during the Promotion Period and using a genuine account belonging to the entrant.
4.3. Actiph reserves the right to reject entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, submitted using automated methods or otherwise do not comply with these Terms & Conditions or the specific giveaway requirements.
5. Winner Selection
5.1. Unless otherwise stated, the winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
5.2. The winner will be contacted via the social media account used to enter or the contact details provided.
5.3. The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted. If they do not respond, Actiph reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
5.4. Actiph will never ask a winner to make a payment or provide bank details to claim a prize.
6. Prize
6.1. The prize will be stated in the relevant giveaway post and may consist of one or more HYROX race entries, as specified in that post.
6.2. The prize may be valid for a specific HYROX event or, where stated, any eligible HYROX race during the relevant season.
6.3. The prize may be for an individual race entry, doubles entry or other applicable HYROX entry type, depending on the specific giveaway. The applicable entry type will be stated in the relevant promotional post.
6.4. The prize covers the HYROX race entry only. It does not include travel, accommodation, food, drinks, transfers, insurance, equipment, training or any other expenses associated with attending or participating in the event. All such costs are the responsibility of the winner and, where applicable, their chosen partner or team members.
6.5. The winner is responsible for ensuring that they and any additional participant(s) meet all applicable HYROX entry requirements and are eligible to participate in the selected race.
6.6. HYROX entries are subject to HYROX's own terms and conditions, including any applicable race, registration and participation requirements.
6.7. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize unless otherwise agreed by Actiph.
6.8. Where a prize is supplied by a third party, it may be subject to that third party's own terms and conditions.
6.9. Actiph reserves the right to substitute a prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
7. Social Media
7.1. Where a giveaway is run through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn or another social media platform, the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with that platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
7.2. Entrants must comply with the relevant platform's terms and policies when entering.
8. Personal Data
8.1. Personal information provided as part of a giveaway will be collected and processed by Actiph in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2. Information will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner and fulfil the prize.
8.3. Entering a giveaway does not automatically subscribe entrants to Actiph's marketing communications.
9. General
9.1. Actiph reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or attempts to manipulate or unfairly influence the promotion.
9.2. Actiph reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw a giveaway where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
9.3. Actiph is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or unable to be processed due to technical or other failures outside its reasonable control.
9.4. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9.5. Actiph reserves the right to remove, take down, suspend or withdraw the promotion at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.
