Class Pass T&Cs
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before participating in the promotion. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Promoter
1.1. The promoter of this promotion is The Actiph Water Company Ltd (“Actiph”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
1.2. The promoter’s registered address is 107 George Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3ES.
2. Promotion Period
2.1. The promotion opens at 00:01 on 1 September 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 30 November 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
2.2. Qualifying purchases must be made during the Promotion Period.
2.3. Claims must be submitted by 23:59 on 30 November 2026.
3. Eligibility
3.1. The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
3.2. The promotion is available to new ClassPass members only.
3.3. Participants must meet all ClassPass eligibility requirements to redeem the offer. ClassPass reserves the right to determine eligibility for its free trial.
3.4. One claim per person.
4. How to Participate
4.1. To participate, consumers must:

Purchase a qualifying Actiph Water product from a participating UK retailer during the Promotion Period;

Visit the Actiph Water website and access the Actiph Water x ClassPass promotion;

Complete the online claim form with the required information;

Upload a clear image or digital copy of their receipt showing the qualifying Actiph Water purchase; and
-
Submit their claim.
4.2. Once the claim form has been successfully submitted, participants will be directed to the Actiph Water x ClassPass microsite to continue the ClassPass registration process.
4.3. Participants must complete the ClassPass registration process in accordance with the instructions provided by ClassPass.
4.4. A qualifying purchase is required to participate. Proof of purchase must be retained until the end of the Promotion Period and may be checked by Actiph.
5. Receipt Requirements
5.1. The uploaded receipt must clearly show the purchase of a qualifying Actiph Water product.
5.2. Receipts must be genuine, legible and unaltered.
5.3. Screenshots, photographs or digital copies of receipts are acceptable provided that all relevant purchase details are clearly visible.
5.4. Actiph reserves the right to reject claims where the receipt is illegible, incomplete, appears to have been altered or does not clearly demonstrate the purchase of a qualifying Actiph Water product.
5.5. Actiph may reject duplicate, fraudulent or otherwise invalid claims.
6. The ClassPass Offer
6.1. Eligible participants will be entitled to claim a one-month free ClassPass trial, subject to ClassPass’s eligibility requirements and terms.
6.2. The ClassPass trial is provided by ClassPass and is subject to ClassPass’s applicable terms of use, privacy policy and trial eligibility requirements.
6.3. The ClassPass trial is intended for new ClassPass members who have not previously held a ClassPass account or trial, subject to ClassPass’s own eligibility criteria.
6.4. The ClassPass trial is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.
6.5. ClassPass reserves the right to refuse or terminate a trial where a participant does not meet its eligibility requirements.
6.6. Participants should review the ClassPass terms presented during registration, including any information regarding what happens when the free trial ends and whether a paid subscription will commence unless cancelled.
7. Claims
7.1. Claims must be submitted through the Actiph Water website during the Promotion Period.
7.2. Only one claim is permitted per person.
7.3. Claims made on behalf of another person or submitted using automated methods, bots or other fraudulent means will not be accepted.
7.4. Actiph reserves the right to verify the validity of any claim and request additional information or proof of purchase where reasonably required.
7.5. If a claim is rejected, the participant may not submit another claim using the same purchase receipt.
8. Personal Data
8.1. Personal information submitted as part of the promotion will be collected and processed by Actiph in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2. Information collected may include the participant’s name, email address, retailer, purchase date and uploaded proof of purchase.
8.3. Personal information will be used for the purposes of administering the promotion, validating claims and facilitating access to the ClassPass offer.
8.4. Where a participant chooses to receive marketing communications from Actiph, their information will also be processed in accordance with the relevant marketing consent and our Privacy Policy.
8.5. Participants should review the ClassPass privacy policy when proceeding to the ClassPass registration page, as ClassPass will process personal information in accordance with its own privacy policy.
9. General
9.1. Actiph reserves the right to disqualify any participant who it reasonably believes has breached these Terms & Conditions or attempted to manipulate or abuse the promotion.
9.2. Actiph reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary. Any material changes will be communicated to consumers where reasonably practicable.
9.3. Actiph will not be responsible for claims that are lost, delayed, incomplete or unable to be processed due to technical, network or other failures outside its reasonable control.
9.4. Actiph is not responsible for the availability, operation or performance of ClassPass or its services.
9.5. Actiph and ClassPass are separate businesses. The ClassPass trial is subject to ClassPass’s own terms and eligibility requirements.
9.6. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
